Form submissions are stored in the website’s secured database. If a customer relationship management service is connected, submission details may also be sent to that service so Thomas can follow up. Calls, Texts and Email
If you ask Thomas to contact you, he may respond by phone or email about your insurance request. Text messages are sent only if you separately opt in; message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing insurance.
Scheduling and Other Services
The site uses Calendly to display appointment availability and schedule conversations. When you use the scheduling calendar, Calendly may receive information you provide and technical information about your visit under its own privacy terms.
Calling or emailing Thomas uses your phone or email provider. Those providers handle information under their own terms.
Browser Storage and Measurement
The site uses local and session browser storage to remember first-touch and current-session attribution details. No Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, or session-recording script is currently enabled by this website. Measurement or advertising tools may be added later; this notice will be updated if their use materially changes these practices.
Your Choices
You may ask questions or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your request by emailing info@callthomasbrown.com. Requests may be limited where information must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
